A meeting between a teacher and a parent begins with the death of the school dog. What seems like an isolated incident unfolds into four versions of the same story, exposing a web of violence, silence, and responsibility within the school community.

 

An Isolated Case study examines bullying from the perspectives of those who perpetrate it, suffer it, witness it, and are held accountable for it. The work explores the tension surrounding the need to find culprits in the face of a reality that is far more complex and difficult to categorize.
